CIRSCO enters into a Prime Contract with the Building Owner or its representative and assumes complete responsibility for all work necessary to successfully complete the project. Often, there are other trades that are necessary and CIRSCO has built a network of strong trade contractors to assist when their services are needed. We have good working relationship with Roof Consultants, Engineers, Architects, Mechanical Contractors, Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing and Painting contractors.

Having these relationships on standby eliminates the necessity for the Building Owner to coordinate several contracts and several contractors.
